Launching Ceremony of AIBA online research Journal 'Jalalabad Papers', was held at on 27 April 2022. Chief Patron, Maj Gen Hamidul Hoque, nswc, psc, General Officer Commanding, 17 Infantry Division and Area Commander, Sylhet Area graced the occasion and inaugurated the website. Chairman of the Governing Body launched the website of the journal. Commander 17 Artillery Brigade - the Patron of the journal and the Director, AIBA - Chief Editor of the journal, Deputy Directors were present in the ceremony. Md.
